An innovative méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine – the first made from 100% Albariño – capturing the “Atlantic lifestyle” in each bubble. It pours a lemon-gold color with fine bubbles. The nose is very refined, showing subtle autolytic notes from bottle aging against a backdrop of sea breeze minerality, hints of eucalyptus, and fresh white fruits, with delicate toasty bread and almond husk nuances emerging.
